I’m Yanika.
I’ve made Retail & Ecommerce my career for the past 20 years. I’ve managed multiple retail stores for some of the most iconic brands in Australia & have led, trained & managed huge teams across multi site stores both Internationally & Australia.

I’ve also owned my own ecommerce businesses since 2019 when I became a mum for the first time & stepped away from the corporate retail world & started my own successful & recognised businesses; biglittlethings and biglittlegifting.

I’ve been mentoring fellow business owners since day one & realising the wealth of knowledge I have in particular when it comes to customer service, processes, organisation, strategy & training & nurturing business owners & their teams I decided it was time to open my schedule to others in the small business world to pass on the knowledge I have to dive deep into your business alongside you.

I know the feeling of working day & night on your business & suddenly you’re 2+ years in & you need some direction, fresh eyes, building blocks for sustaining your business whilst ensuring you’re not getting lost in the nitty gritty & losing sight of the big picture & your big & little goals.

this will either be a face to face or virtual session depending on which package you choose.

This is our in-depth sessions together where I waste no time where we dive into what your Fresh Eyes Audit and SWOT analysis presented (I share these with you prior to our 1:1) and what are our top 3 priorities when it comes to refining your foundations and which ones align with your big and little goals you are wanting to achieve in the next 12 months or more. These days are about getting clear on what we need to ensure are solid and what we are wanting to build on top of them before we set out clear goals as well as (and this is the best bit) very clear and accountable actions to achieve solid foundations and to achieve your goals for your business. So you walk away from these sessions with a plan of action, dates to be held accountable and me by your side working hard with you towards a common goal.

monthly 1:1 resets via Google Meet.

every month presents new things to reflect on, & new goals or tasks to start sinking your teeth into.

These reset meetings are a great way to learn from the previous month & focus on what’s ahead of you. It’s also a great opportunity to have 1:1 time with me each month incase there’s something you need to go through with me or need me to action something for you. It’s also where you can present how your business is tracking with our bigger goals, what little goals we can celebrate and what we are planning for the next month and beyond.

Intensive Fresh Eyes Audit.

& back end of your business.

Once you have been onboarded to biglittleconsulting I will spend 1 or 2 days (depending on your package) deep diving into your business inside and out and back to front. I want to come into our 1:1 strategy session knowing as much as I can about your business from what you tell me in your onboarding questionnaire and what your systems and processes also tell me. I use my extensive Fresh Eyes Audit document and a deep SWOT analysis system to come prepared but also ready to ask some questions about your business that you probably have been thinking about or are aware of or maybe some that you hadn’t thought of. It’s all apart of the process.
PLUS I make sure I sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement when you sign your contract so you have peace of mind when it comes to handing over this kind of information.

quarterly deep dives via Google Meet.

as a In Your Corner for a Year client you will have prebooked 1:1 meetings with me to check in & set new quarterly goals & tasks.

Consistency is always key with what we do together - we will have Quarterly meetings to check in on our bigger goals and tasks that needed to be completed by then vs creating new tasks and actionable to do lists for both of us to continue building whether this is for one big project or new ones that present themselves as we work through your marketing, buying and yearly planner.

24/7 direct access to me via Azura.

I will be just a voice note away whenever you need to brain dump, bounce ideas around or catch up on key project information & celebrating wins.

The difference I wanted with biglittleconsulting and working with you is having connection where you can just jump on and send me a voice message or jump into your own portal via Azura where we can chat or quickly check in. It’s great for when you need to bounce ideas, brain dump or vent. (you won’t be talking to yourself or the wall again). I will also be brain dumping voice messages and chats to you because this is a circular thing we have together - as I said before I am involved so you and your business will be on my mind and I will share things I feel you’ll benefit from or when I’m thinking of you to see how you are going.

weekly accountability emails & check in chats via Azura.

I will send through a weekly update template to fill out each week to keep yourself accountable as well as across all the financials, targets and KPIs.

I will also be checking in and asking for a quick weekly focus, priorities, tasks and anything you need from me in particular that week. It’s a great opportunity to ensure we’re across everything and that you have a clear vision for your week. This helps with overwhelm or not knowing where to start. And again you will have the support you need at your fingertips.

  • after our 1:1 you’ll be sent a proposal email that will have all the packages I think will suit your business including some special add ons.

  • once you’ve confirmed which package is for you - you’ll be directed to our contract including an Non Disclosure Agreement we both sign for your peace of mind all kept safe in your Client Portal.

  • once everything is signed you’ll be directed to your customised invoice to choose how you’d like to pay; pay in full to save $ or choose from my cash flow budgeting friendly payment plans.

  • once payment has been made your onboarding starts!
    This includes booking in your 3 or 2 day session & the various prescheduled 1:1 appointments across our time together. PLUS we’ll work through your onboarding checklist so you are across Azura, Asana & so much more.
